Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Unfortunately not, in line with our Terms & Conditions, tickets for WrapFest 2023 are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can I make changes to my ticket?
You can make some changes to your ticket, such as changing your name or company name for your badge, the day you wish to attend (if you have purchased a 1-day ticket), adding a parking pass to your registration, or increasing your 1-day ticket to a 2-day ticket.
To make these changes, simply go to registration as normal via 'Book a Ticket', enter the email which you used to when you booked your ticket and you will be prompted to enter your password, this is the password you set when you registered (if you have forgotten, click on 'Create or Reset your password'). Any changes that have an extra charge, will be paid for to activate the changes.
I bought a 1-day ticket, can I change the day I attend?
Yes you can. To make these changes, simply go to registration as normal via 'Book a Ticket', enter the email which you used to when you booked your ticket and you will be prompted to enter your password, this is the password you set when you registered (if you have forgotten, click on 'Create or Reset your password').
You can change your ticket from one day to the other.
I bought a 1-day ticket, can I change it for a 2-day ticket?
Yes you can. To make these changes, simply go to registration as normal via 'Book a Ticket', enter the email which you used to when you booked your ticket and you will be prompted to enter your password, this is the password you set when you registered (if you have forgotten, click on 'Create or Reset your password').
You can change your ticket from 1-day to 2-day, you will be required to pay the additional cost before the changes are activated.
