Ryan's experience and know-how started from within the motor industry back in 1996 when he joined his family's business initially training as a detailer & smart repairer. After developing that side of the business, he progressed through sales and eventually became managing director of the Graphic Innovation Group. Ryan has over 25 years' experience in wrapping and has been one of 3M's preferred trainers for over 5 years.
